Anna is the co-founder of RONN Design and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for the entire team. She brings empathy, structure, and a deep commitment to people into every aspect of her work. Outside the studio, Anna enjoys spending time with her two young children, exploring lakes and yachting, and embracing the social side of city life.
Nikolay Havrylov
Director and Industrial Designer
Nikolay is the co-founder of RONN Design, where he focuses on building strong client relationships, overseeing quality control, and shaping the studio’s conceptual design direction. When he’s not in the studio, you’ll find him on his road bike exploring mountain switchbacks or paddleboarding across alpine lakes.
Irena Yatsenko
Irena is a lead designer at RONN Design, known for her sharp creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to transform ideas into refined, functional concepts. She brings warmth, intuition, and a strong aesthetic sensibility to every project she touches. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her traveling to new places or climbing rock faces where she feels most inspired.

Product Designer & Maker
Andrew is a talented product designer and hands-on maker whose passion for form, function, and craftsmanship drives many of our most innovative ideas. He combines technical expertise with a sharp creative instinct, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in product and interior design. Outside of work, Andrey is deeply inspired by music and travel, and in his free time he builds custom speakers and audio systems.
Andrew Utkin
Industrial Designer & Maker
Andrey is an experienced industrial designer and CNC operator with deep expertise in digital fabrication and advanced computer tools. He brings precision, technical insight, and problem-solving excellence to every stage of production — from digital modeling to final machining. Highly skilled across a wide range of software and manufacturing processes, he plays a key role in transforming complex ideas into perfectly crafted physical forms. Outside the workshop, Andrey spends all his free time with his beloved family and children, where he finds balance, joy, and inspiration.

Woodworking & Material Artistry
Claudia is an exceptionally skilled woodworking specialist with decades of hands-on experience in traditional, nodigital-machine woodcraft. Her mastery of manual techniques and deep understanding of a wide range of materials make her an invaluable part of our studio’s creative and technical process. Claudia brings precision, intuition, and a true artisan’s touch to every piece she works on.

Our team has been together for many years, traveling different paths, moving between countries, changing cities, exploring new cultures and ideas. We’ve grown separately, reunited, separated again, and ultimately found ourselves back together here in Munich — stronger, more experienced, and more inspired than ever.
